Celebrate all things vintage at The Very Vintage Day Out at Shed 10, Queens Wharf on October 28 and 29.
Truth be told, I am not well-versed in anything vintage. Shopping is the word I immediately associate with vintage but I also do not consider myself a vintage shopper. I have absolutely zero skills in sifting through tightly curated vintage merchandise to discover cool finds. So I find an event celebrating all elements of the vintage era to be quite intriguing.
Visitors can expect a full programme for the weekend including live entertainment, vintage cars, makeovers, fashion shows, high tea, and of course shopping.
You can also enjoy the crowning of Miss Pinup New Zealand 2017 in association with Sailor Jerry, the Very Vintage Photo Safari, and the Very Vintage Bake Off in association with Edmonds.
I imagine the photo opportunities at this event are going to be excellent.
