There’s no shame in wiping that drool off your face. The mere announcement of the return of the Auckland Fried Chicken Festival is enough to make most people salivate.
The annual Auckland Fried Chicken Festival is coming back for its third year on Saturday, May 9 at Shed 10.
In an effort to manage the imminent crowds, the festival will be split across two sessions – one around midday and one in the evening.
The line-up for this year’s vendors is yet to be confirmed but based on previous years, do not count out the appearance of glorious menu items such as buttermilk, spicy, extra crunchy, and the perfect combo of chicken and waffles.
Door sales will be $10 each on the day, while kids under 12 get in for free. Pre-sale tickets will be available for purchase from April 1.
