If you are not able to escape the New Zealand winter months for an Instagram-worthy summer holiday in France, the Renault French Festival may just be the next best thing.
The four-day French festival will take place on July 11 to 14 at Shed 10 and The Cloud in Queens Wharf.
Much like previous years, festivalgoers will be treated to the best of French cuisine and culture. The food on offer is really the main draw with galettes, boeuf bourguignon, macarons, croissants, crêpes, pâtisseries, and plenty more deliciousness. Also, let’s not forget about the French wine! Say it with me now “Rosé all day! Rosé all day!”
This year mark’s the festival’s third edition and to change things up, there will be a stage set up for live concerts, a movie theatre, and a pop-up bistro. Plus, there will be a fireworks display on Friday, July 12 starting at 6pm.
Tickets to the festival are $10 per person and can be purchased at the door. Children under the age of 12 can go in for free.
