The always-popular Chocolate and Coffee Show is back for its fifth year to bring you two days that are all about a couple of life’s pleasures, chocolate and coffee.
Self-described as “New Zealand’s biggest celebration of chocolate, coffee, and tasty treats,” the event will be on October 6 and 7 at The Cloud.
Over 80 of the country’s very best artisan chocolate producers, coffee rosters, and foodie businesses will be available on both days to make this event worth the price of admission. Plus, there will be plenty of samples and show specials for you to consume so it’ll truly be a great way to spend the day.
You can also take part in five Masterclasses in chocolate tasting, chocolate making, espresso 101, and sensory coffee. There will even be a mini-Masterclass for kids in cupcake decorating. Simply, there will be something for everyone.
There will also be free presentations for you to learn some chocolate and coffee related tips and tricks. And get this; you can also watch live chocolate sculpting! It fascinates me how many things you can actually do with chocolate besides just eating it.
Over 7,000 people attended last year’s event (I was one of those people) so expect this year’s event to be just as, if not more, popular. Basically what I’m saying is, buy your tickets and don’t miss out on this because it’s a good one. Tickets are available via Eventbrite. Ticket prices are: adults $17.50, students and seniors $13.50, and children under 12 get in for free.
