I wouldn’t call myself a Directioner but of course I know of One Direction – everyone knows One Direction. If people say they don’t know them, then they must have been living in a cave because there was no escaping What Makes You Beautiful. In the group, the guy that stood out the most to me was Harry Styles (One, because of his powerful voice and two, because he is a total babe.). And for his first world tour as a solo artist, he is coming to Auckland for a one-off show in support of his hit debut album.
Styles’ concert is set for December 2 at Spark Arena.
No doubt there will be lots of excited screaming at the show because Styles has a massive following. Initial tickets sold out in a day and in order to meet the high demand for tickets, the show has been promoted from theatre mode to full arena mode! That’s pretty incredible for someone who is just starting a career as a solo artist.
And if you still doubt Styles’ massive following, his tour was announced even before his album was released globally. I’m telling you those Directioners are insanely loyal.
