This Paintvine: After Dark thing looks really cool.
While paint and wine events are common nowadays, Paintvine: After Dark claims to be New Zealand’s first glow in the dark paint party. Think painting, drinking, and socialising but in this case, you are in a dark room with ultraviolet neon lights. You even use glow in the dark paint to create your masterpiece!
There are sessions scheduled from June to August however some dates are already sold out – basically, the sessions in June. Clearly, the interest is there. As of right now, you can still book tickets for July 17, July 31, August 14, and August 28.
Book your tickets via the Paintvine website. Tickets are $45 per person and your ticket includes one complimentary drink on arrival – I feel like this is very important to mention. If you’re keen for food, an Orleans dinner menu will be available throughout the evening.
Paintvine: After Dark is at the AV Club in 38 Customs Street East. Painting starts at 7pm.
