Teen heartthrob Shawn Mendes is bringing his Illuminate World Tour to Auckland for one fun show this weekend.
For his one New Zealand stop, the show will be at Spark Arena on November 25. This will be his first ever New Zealand show.
Even though the singer-songwriter has only released two albums so far, Mendes has plenty of radio hits to his name. Get ready to sing along to There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back, Stitches, Life of the Party, Mercy, and Treat You Better. My favourite is Treat You Better.
And I don’t mean to diminish Mendes’ many accomplishments by referring to him as a teen heartthrob at the start. I’m genuinely amazed the guy is only 19 years old and he’s already headlining an arena tour! And his two albums both debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart.
Not bad for a 19-year-old.
