Life is full of uncertainties but there is one thing I know to be sure, The Glass Goose knows how to host a pop-up well. Their pop-ups that I’ve attended have been PACKED and that’s a good sign. The interest is definitely there. I’m not going to name names but I’ve been to pop-ups at other establishments and they were so dead, you can hear crickets. So with this in mind, I am very excited that The Glass Goose is hosting another pop-up this June called The Winter Garden presented by local wine brand, Stoneleigh.
Starting on June 7, The Winter Garden at The Glass Goose is open each and every Friday throughout June. The pop-up transports people to what is being described as a magical garden oasis. The rooftop bar is going to be decked with creeping vines, winter tide florals, and gorgeous wisterias.
For food, a line-up of food trucks including Judge Bao, Organic Knowledge, and Dumplings with Wings take turns popping up each week.
You are also going to be treated to live music from the likes of Jarom Hall, Hamish Crocker, Matt Bizzle, and Sam Jones throughout the pop-up.
And because this is an event presented by Stoneleigh, there are wine tastings scheduled every Friday between 5pm-6:30pm hosted by Stoneleigh Wine Ambassador, Jessica Bell, to add a little something extra to the festivities.
