Here we go! One of my absolute favourite events of the year is days away. Start the countdown fellow fashion lovers, New Zealand Fashion Week returns for its seventeenth year from August 28 at the Viaduct Events Centre.
With a nice mix of established designers and emerging talent, this year’s NZFW schedule is looking pretty good.
To add even more excitement to NZFW 2017, Zambesi is this year’s Mercedes-Benz Presents designer. The Zambesi show is scheduled on the night NZFW officially opens, 28 August. See looks from their Autumn / Winter 2018 collection during the much-anticipated opening event.
And from September 1 to 3, New Zealand Fashion Weekend gives fashion fans the perfect opportunity to see collections from some of our best local brands.
Last year’s closer WORLD is set to open NZ Fashion Weekend this time around. I went to their NZFW comeback show last year and based on what I saw, NZ Fashion Weekend is guaranteed to start in a flashy and lively manner. Exactly how it’s suppose to!
